Results are based on publicly available and third-party data at the time of the audit and may be incomplete or inaccurate.
Use the tool only for businesses you own, manage, or have a legitimate interest in.
Don't misuse the tool, including automated scraping, overloading it, or trying to access it without authorization.
We may change, limit or discontinue the tool at any time.
If you give your phone number and agree to be contacted, MavRank may call or text you, including automated messages, about your audit and our services. Consent is not required to get an audit or buy anything. Message frequency varies, and message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Paid services are governed by a separate written agreement or proposal. If that agreement conflicts with these terms, the agreement controls. You're responsible for keeping your dashboard login secure and for the accuracy of information you give us.
Search and map rankings are controlled by Google and other third parties. We do not guarantee any specific ranking, traffic, calls, reviews or revenue.
Our website, reports, branding and content belong to MavRank or its licensors. You may use audit reports for your own business but may not resell or republish our materials without permission.
Our website and free tools are provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent allowed by law, MavRank is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages from your use of them. Our total liability for any claim about the free tools is limited to $100.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Missouri. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Greene County, Missouri.
We may update these terms. The "Last updated" date above shows the latest version, and continued use means you accept the changes.
